Vocal Team

The role of the Vocal Team is to provide an atmosphere through excellent music and dynamic expression that invites the congregation to draw near to the presence of God.  Every member of the Worship Team is considered a worship leader.  To that end, they are required to have certain qualifications that make them recognized as leaders and vocal soloists. Vocal Team members also serve as leaders within the Worship Chorus through prayer, teaching, and shepherding.

 

Time Commitment to the Worship Team includes:

Multiple Sundays per month / All services

Monthly Worship Leadership meetings

Shepherding and teaching in the Worship Ministry

Musical Qualifications

¨ Recognized as a soloist with leadership abilities.

¨ Ability to hear and create harmonies naturally.

¨ Ability to adapt and sing convincingly a variety of music styles.

¨ Have a voice that easily blends with others.

¨ Learn new songs very quickly.

¨ Communicate with a presence that is expressive and dynamic
