Jonathan serves part-time as the Venue Worship Leader at Northeast Bible Church and loves leading God's people in worship. His heart's passion is to help Christians live lives of radical purity and ever-increasing surrender to Jesus. He has been a member of NEBC for over 10 years.
When Jonathan isn't working on planning and praying for the next Sunday's worship service, he is intent on helping families that are affected by pornography and other sexually addictive behaviors. Jonathan is founder and director of Be Broken Ministries, a national non-profit ministry headquartered in San Antonio (www.bebroken.com). He hosts a weekly radio broadcast, Pure Sex Radio (www.puresexradio.com) and is also founder of the Gateway to Freedom workshop, a 3-day intensive for men seeking to overcome pornography and sexual addiction (www.gatewaymen.com).
He is author of Untangled and Secrets (releasing Feb '09) as well as numerous other workbooks and articles on purity and faith.
He is dad to three great kids and husband of Elaine, the best woman on the planet (seriously, she won the medal back in 2000).
